Review: 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan
Friday August 3, 2007
About.com Cars guide Aaron Gold recently spent a few days with the all-new 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan minivan, and recently mailed me a review based on the experience.
Does the new Grand Caravan--the sister vehicle to the slightly-more luxurious 2008 Chrysler Town & Country--have the goods to keep Chrysler on top of the minivan market? Here's a bit of what Aaron had to say in his review:
"For the first time in decades, Dodge is selling just a single length van: the long-wheelbase Grand Caravan. According to Chrysler, most of the private buyers who opted for the short-wheelbase Caravan did so because it was cheaper. Problem solved: At $22,470, the entry-level 2008 Grand Caravan SE is less expensive than last year's bottom-of-the-line Caravan."You'll have to read Aaron's review of the 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan for more details. I'll be posting more of Aaron's photos of the new Caravan this weekend, and check for a review of the new 2008 Chrysler Town & Country in the near future.
